在高通量筛选(HTS)中,化合物库的质量直接决定了筛选结果的准确性和可靠性。TargetMol天然产物库设立了极高的准入门槛,确保库中的每一个化合物都是结构明确、纯度优异的单体化合物。我们不仅排除了混合物、聚合物等结构不明确的化合物,如鼠李蒽酚和硫酸乙酰肝素等,更通过严格的质控流程来保证每个单体化合物结构准确和高纯度。
